• Review Request Data – Customer phone numbers uploaded by Users to send review requests. Users compose and preset messages within the software; message contents are not uploaded to our servers. In certain instances, additional data may be collected to facilitate The Service, such as unique identifiers to track customer interactions or appointment frequency to ensure appropriate message timing. The type of additional data collected depends on the specific use case and user needs

B. Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage Data – Interactions with our platform (e.g., pages visited, features used).

C. Information We Receive from Third Parties

• If you integrate Prompt Review with third-party services (e.g., Twilio for message delivery), we may receive limited data necessary for that integration.

• Customer phone numbers uploaded for review requests may be retained for recordkeeping unless the User deletes them.

• Users are responsible for obtaining consent from End Recipients before sending messages.
