This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how 2M Endeavors LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our') handles cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for Prompt Review (the 'Service').
By subscribing to and using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Billing & Payments
• The Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.
• Users are charged automatically each billing cycle unless they cancel before the next renewal date.
• Payments are processed via credit card or other payment methods as offered through Stripe.
• In limited cases, a manual payment link may be provided upon request, but standard subscription terms still apply.
2. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will be terminated.
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of a billing cycle once payment has been processed.
• To cancel, you must log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions or contact us at support@promptreview.com.
3. Refund Policy
• We do not offer refunds for unused time on a monthly subscription.
• Once a payment has been processed for a billing cycle, it is non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.
• Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the charge date.
4. 14-Day Trial Period (If Offered)
• We may offer a 14-day free trial on our website or to select customers.
• If a User cancels before the trial period ends, they will not be charged.
• If a User does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the first charge will be processed.
• Each User is eligible for one trial period per account, unless otherwise approved by us.
5. Account Termination by 2M Endeavors LLC
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account without refund if a User:
• Violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Attempts to misuse the Service in a way that violates applicable laws.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
